Lending Library - Due Dates
The library is filled with wonderful resources for all our families to share. Keeping with the spirit of community and cooperation, the library would appreciate your mindfulness of the circulation period (due dates) of the items you borrow.
Curriculum items include things like textbooks, teacher’s manuals, technology, musical instruments, and curriculum book sets. These may be kept for the current school year. These must be returned at the end of the school year (May-June). All other library resources, or enrichment materials, include games, puzzles, fiction books, and various learning activities These may be kept for three (3) months. Please return these items for another family to enjoy. If you have items from 2022 or earlier, please bring those things back promptly. You can bring returns to the Fresno library location or any library van delivery location.

Journey Through Time - Exploring Kingsburg’s Historical Park for Virtual Academy Students
The Kingsburg Historical Park field trip was a blast for the sixth-grade students! The students stepped into a world of living history while being transported to a different era. Their unique way of exploring authentic artifacts up close and personal had the students' engagement at an all-time high. Not only did they leave with wonderful memories but also a deeper understanding of Kingsburg's local heritage.
Student Clubs are BACK for 2023-2024!
The CLUB CONNECT newsletter is a easy place to find all of the clubs being offered this semester! We do have fewer than last year as we really increased our number of in-person events. However, the club opportunties are wildy amazing! Join us, invite your school friends and come make some new ones. All of the clubs are published on the Event calendar, too.

Academic Adventures (Field Trips)
Academic Adventures are now open! Stop by adventures.centralvcs.org to book reservations for an upcoming school sponsored field trip. Watch this VIDEO to learn how to make reservations in the new Academic Adventures system. Upon first login, families will read and acknowledge the academic adventures policy for field trips and events. Check back regularly as new trips are added throughout the year.
If you have any questions reach out to help@centralvcs.org.
Academic Adventures: How to Cancel
Have you scheduled an Academic Adventure but something came up and now you cannot attend? You might be wondering how to cancel your reservation. It's easy! Follow the steps in the graphic to let the school know when you cannot attend an event. Remember, there are two types of cancellations. The first is available when booking is still open. Click the "Cancel & Refund Reservation" button and your order will be canceled and a full refund provided. The second is available after booking closes. "Cancel Reservation" does not provide a full refund, but it will notify the School you will not be in attendance. This notification is important as trip non-attendance without notification could impact your ability to make future reservations. We hope you can make it to all the fun academic adventures, but if you can't--let us know!
